Amazing BBQ and Amazing People
This was the best choice for a vendor we could have made! From the tasty BBQ to the amazing people, it was a perfect fit for our wedding. Ron and Sherry were incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted on our day. We really wanted to have a food truck at our wedding, which was partly why we first considered Go’Shen, as well as a fajita/taco bar so we actually ended up with two food vendors. They were totally flexible with us and it was the perfect fit. Their whole set up from their truck to serving the food was a great look with our wedding and very simple for our guests to get appetizers and dinner. We are so happy Go’Shen, especially Ron and Sherry, was a part of our day. Thank you Ron and Sherry!!

The most frequently asked questions is how many people will a brisket feed?
A: A 14 lbs. Brisket will cook down to 7 lbs which will feed about 20 people with each person receiving a 1/3 of a pound per person.
